I sent my Car Ford IKON UP16k 5084 from Bangalore to Siliguri on 1st September 2014.Aggarwal Car Carrier promised to deliver the car to Siliguri within 20 days for a sum of rs 20000/-
Bangalore to Siliguri paid in CASH receipt attached below. for Rs 20000/- PAID.
They now say the car is in kolkata starting 20th sept 2014 cannot move the car due to some different reason everytime , this is the SAME response from Aggarwal Car Carrier for last 18 days. By the way this is after calling 20 times they respond via sms once. Imagine the frustration.
The main contact is vikash bansal(9845848157) now it is Ashok Bansal(9313306671) who basically try to respond in a way that WHAT the#@%%# will you do we dont know about your car.
Time after Time i have been given new Numbers to contact. So bottom line is there is still no information about the car. Tomorrow i will contact whoever has the car in kolkatta. Number will update/

UPDATED - 17th NOV 2014 THE CAR is still in kolkata and they said they will pay
7400 REFUND for not delivering to SILIGURI but no payment done almost a month now
i sent an email to CONSUMER COURT HERE IN BANGALORE and will take police
help now.
